BlueSoleil is a third-party driver that implements the full Bluetooth stack for various Windows operating systems. You can download a trial version that has a 5MB transfer limit. Some Bluetooth devices come with the full version of the drivers. You can use BlueSoleil to connect your Wiimote to your computer.
